Last Updated: June 2026
1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Adalat Information Technology, operating under the INJAZCAM brand ("we", "us", "INJAZCAM"), governing your access to and use of the INJAZCAM remote security monitoring platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or authorizing camera connections, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. Service Description
INJAZCAM provides professional 24/7 remote monitoring of CCTV and IP camera systems. The Service includes:
Live Monitoring: Trained security analysts monitor live video feeds from your connected cameras on a continuous basis during your active monitoring window. Incident Detection & Response: Upon detecting a security event (intrusion, unauthorized access, vandalism, fire, or other defined alarm triggers), our analysts follow your pre-agreed response protocol, which may include sending push notifications, SMS, email alerts, and/or contacting emergency services. Incident Reporting: Following any incident, a written report is made available in your platform dashboard within 24 hours. Platform Access: You receive access to the INJAZCAM web and mobile application for reviewing footage, configuring alert preferences, and managing your account.
The specific monitoring hours, response protocols, and camera limits applicable to your account are defined in your subscription plan. INJAZCAM reserves the right to update service features with reasonable notice.
3. Client Obligations
By using INJAZCAM, you agree to the following obligations:
Legal Use: You confirm that you are legally authorized to install, operate, and connect the camera systems to our platform. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding CCTV installation, placement, signage, and data collection in your jurisdiction.
Camera Coverage Disclosure: Where legally required, you agree to post appropriate notices informing individuals that they are in a monitored area. INJAZCAM is not responsible for your failure to comply with local notification requirements.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and current account, billing, and site information. Providing false information may result in immediate suspension.
Security Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access. You are liable for all activity conducted under your account.
Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Service to monitor locations you are not legally authorized to surveil, to conduct surveillance for purposes prohibited by law, or to share footage in violation of applicable privacy laws.
4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
Subscription Plans: INJAZCAM offers monthly and annual subscription plans based on camera count and monitoring tier. Current pricing is displayed on the platform at the time of subscription.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual). Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email. Payment is due immediately upon invoice generation.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfer for annual contracts. Payments are processed by our secure payment providers. We do not store raw card data.
Late Payment: Accounts with overdue balances of more than 7 days may be suspended. Monitoring services are paused during suspension. A grace period of 3 business days is provided before suspension.
Annual Plans: Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after 30 days from the start date. Cancellation of an annual plan after this window results in termination at the end of the current billing cycle with no refund of remaining months.
Monthly Plans: Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for the final 30-day billing period.
Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscriptions.
5. Camera Footage & Intellectual Property
Footage Ownership: All video footage originating from your camera systems remains your property. INJAZCAM holds no intellectual property rights to your footage.
License to Process: By connecting cameras to our platform, you grant INJAZCAM a non-exclusive, limited license to receive, store, process, and display your camera streams solely for the purpose of delivering the monitoring service. This license terminates upon account closure.
Footage Retention: INJAZCAM stores footage on your behalf for the retention period defined in your plan (typically 7–30 days). After expiry, footage is securely deleted unless subject to an incident hold requested by you or by law enforcement.
Footage Requests: You may download incident footage from your dashboard during the retention window. After deletion, footage cannot be recovered.
INJAZCAM Platform: The INJAZCAM name, logo, platform software, proprietary algorithms, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Adalat Information Technology. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for the purpose of receiving the Service.
6. Service Level & Limitations of Liability
Monitoring Uptime: We target 99.5% monitoring uptime per calendar month. Planned maintenance windows (typically under 2 hours, with advance notice) are excluded from SLA calculations.
Response Time: Our target incident alert delivery time is under 60 seconds from analyst detection of an event. This is a target, not a guarantee; actual response may vary due to network conditions and event volume.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INJAZCAM IS NOT LIABLE FOR: Any criminal act, theft, property damage, bodily injury, or financial loss that occurs at your monitored premises, regardless of whether the monitoring service was operational. Losses resulting from camera outage, network failure, power failure, or connectivity issues at your premises. Failure to detect events that fall outside normal CCTV coverage, occur in blind spots, or are obscured at the time of incident. Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you to INJAZCAM in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Force Majeure: INJAZCAM is not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power grid failures, internet infrastructure outages, or government actions.
7. Emergency Response Protocol
When our monitoring analysts identify an active security emergency at your premises, they will follow your pre-configured response protocol, which is set up during onboarding and may include:
1. Triggering in-app, push, SMS, and email alerts to your designated contacts in priority order. 2. If designated contacts cannot be reached within the agreed timeframe, contacting local emergency services (police, fire brigade) on your behalf. 3. Maintaining a detailed incident log throughout the event.
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information and keeping it current. INJAZCAM is not liable for failed contact attempts resulting from outdated contact details.
False Alarms: Repeated false alarm dispatches may result in charges from local emergency authorities. INJAZCAM will assist with documentation but is not liable for fines or fees assessed by emergency services.
Consent for Emergency Dispatch: By subscribing to INJAZCAM services, you explicitly authorize INJAZCAM analysts to contact emergency services on your behalf when their professional judgment determines it is necessary to protect life or property.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the INJAZCAM platform or Service to:
Surveil individuals without legal authority or in violation of privacy laws. Collect or process biometric data (facial recognition, etc.) in jurisdictions where this is prohibited without consent. Record, store, or distribute footage of individuals in private settings without their consent. Circumvent access controls, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure. Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations. Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the platform without written authorization from INJAZCAM. Use the Service in connection with any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Termination
By You: You may terminate your subscription by providing 30 days written notice to our support team or through your account settings (monthly plans). Annual plans terminate at the end of the contracted period.
By INJAZCAM: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund in the event of: Material breach of these Terms that is not remedied within 7 days of written notice. Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Non-payment of fees after the grace period expires. Any use of the Service for illegal purposes.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. Any footage not downloaded within the post-termination retention window (7 days) will be permanently deleted. INJAZCAM retains the right to retain account and billing records for legal and audit purposes per our data retention policy.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). The language of arbitration shall be Arabic. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect proprietary rights or confidential information.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Amendments: We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. For questions or concerns about these Terms, contact us:
